Yes, all prices are listed in US Dollars. Caribbean cards are accepted, and your bank will convert at its current rate.

Yes. Go to Account → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for — you keep access until then.

Yes — see the full Refund Policy. In short: no charge during the trial, full refund for your first paid month if you change your mind within 14 days, no refunds on renewal months (but you can cancel to stop future ones).

Streaks reward consistency — hit your daily XP goal to keep the streak alive. XP comes from completing lessons and quizzes. They make studying feel more like a game than a chore.

Not yet — Smash My Subjects requires an internet connection so we can sync your progress in real-time and serve up the AI tutor. Offline mode is on our roadmap.

No — like all AI it can occasionally make mistakes. Always verify important facts with your teacher, textbook, or another trusted source.

No — OpenAI's API terms state data submitted via the API is not used to train their models by default. We log conversations on our own servers so you can revisit them, and you can delete a chat anytime.

Your child generates a 6-character code from their student dashboard. Sign in to your parent account, go to Settings → Link a child, paste the code in, and confirm.

Overall progress %, average grade, recent activity (lessons completed, quizzes taken), streak status, subject-by-subject progress, and a feed of AI tutor activity. Send encouragement messages, set goals, request teacher feedback, and download PDF / Excel reports.

Yes — you'll get a notification if your child has been inactive for 2+ days. You can adjust notification preferences in Settings.
